Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Winnipeg, MB

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing promotion registrations, entry forms and providing fulfillment duties within the appropriate and designated time frames. This includes responding to consumer inquires (both phone calls and online), data entry, opening mail, mailing prizes, cheques or certificates, and follow up with promotional fulfillment. Other responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, translating documents and responding to consumers requesting service in French.

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
• 1 to 2 years experience in a related field with customer service, computer and phone experience required
• Typing speed at a minimum of 40 w.p.m. with less than a 2% error rate
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
• The incumbent must have an intermediate fluency in French: conversational, comprehension and written
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Customer service and telephone etiquette training would be an asset.
