Today, Duncan is relied on by household brand name companies in North America and Europe to aid them in executing high impact promotion solutions. His expertise involves over a decade of work blending promotional strategies with game mechanics; working with production, technology and legal experts to develop the most finely tuned risk management processes his clients have come to rely on; and years of hands-on experience working through all the finite details needed to take multi-million dollar incentive solutions to market. His intimate knowledge of what works and what doesn’t has resulted in him being sought after by the biggest brands and agencies in business.

His origins with iC Group date back to 1998 when, as part of a small, but resourceful team of developers, Joel set out to meet the nascent interactive needs of promotional marketers. Today, Joel serves as the link between pre-and-post sales, ensuring smooth product delivery from development through to sales pitch and account management.

Kelly is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 5 years of experience in motivational speaking. Since joining iC Group, he has cemented partnerships with top promotions agencies and leading edge brand name clients in the Eastern Seaboard region.

Scott LaCroix, Director of Underwriting
The master mind behind intricate prize pool designs and complex risk assessments, Scott oversees insurance underwriting at iC Group.
Scott is an accredited insurance broker with over seven years experience in the contingency insurance market. In his day-to-day role, Scott formulates and evaluates risks for consumer promotions, athlete bonuses, events and event cancellation/non-appearance. When he’s not busy protecting client assets with specialty insurance, he’s forging new relationships with brokers and insurance organizations, offering them new products and market capacity to expand their business.
