  • Account Supervisor - Milwaukee, WI
    • The Account Supervisor is responsible for revenue generation and management of key clients. The incumbent will establish strong, long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners.

      Responsibilities include:

      -Monitor profitability and work for account portfolio

      -Participate in account penetration and client relation building

      -Foster integrated agency partnerships

      -Develop new business

      -Execute strategies for acquiring new projects

      -Provide leadership to team members to ensure alignment to client requirements

      -Monitor on-time delivery and any outages in development

      -Foster collaboration and use of internal assets

      Candidates must possess:

      -5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing in the advertising/promotions industry with a focus on Internet promotions

      -Strong knowledge of Internet delivered promotions, sweepstakes and games

      -Ability to adapt in an extremely fast paced, changing environment

      -Strong commitment to service excellence

      -Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communications skills to effectively sell, negotiate and support new business development

      -Initiative and be driven with uncompromising energy

      -Strong attention to detail

      -Numerical aptitude, particularly accuracy with mathematical reasoning skills

      -Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite of products

      -The ability to generate, qualify and execute new sales opportunities, developing new business revenue potential

      -A high degree of autonomy coupled with excellent time management and strong ability to prioritize

      -Confidence in building and delivering powerful presentations

      -Experience working with retail integration programs a plus!
