    • Interactive Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of tracking projects in the division, from inception through development, quality assurance and delivery to post-delivery analysis.     • We currently have an opportunity for an intermediate to senior Database Administrator/Architect (DBA). Reporting to the Senior DBA, this role will be involved in the creation, configuration, maintenance and support of the many databases within our company as well as for new programs. The DBA will create and enforce policies and procedures associated with the effective and efficient administration of the MS SQL Server 2005 databases.       The role of the Systems Analyst (SA) is to define and assess business requirements to find technical solutions to meet business challenges. The incumbent must assess business requirements and determine the impact on infrastructure and application components.

      As a Systems Analyst you will conduct meetings with user groups and stakeholders to gather, understand, and document product/service software requirements.

      You will work directly with the business, stakeholders, clients (business and technical), digital agencies and other project teams to develop and implement business and technology solutions that meet our client’s program demands. Thus, this position will act at times as a project lead by maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders and developers throughout development and the testing lifecycle to ensure the final product meets requirements and expected outcomes. The SA will also at times collaborate with business partners to discuss technical feasibility and the best approach to innovative design and functionality proposals. In addition the SA will:

      -Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing Microsoft based systems.

      -Assist in troubleshooting software application issues

      -Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.

      -Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes

  • IT Lead/Supervisor – Corporate Services - Winnipeg, MB
    • Position Objective:

      The IT Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, printers, network devices including firewalls, Tape Backup systems, desktops and laptops, IP/Regular Phones, setup of mobiles handhelds, corporate related software tools, and various related computer room equipment for our Corporate Infrastructure.

      The IT Lead will report directly to the CIO, and manages the Microsoft based environment including hardware/software of the company across several remote offices in Canada and the USA, training and consultation, recommendations to new projects in all aspects including budgetary needs, providing support for internal corporate applications, supporting our internal help desk ticketing system, leading and mentoring a small team of IT professionals, in an efficient and effective manner.

    • Position Objective:

      As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Director, Product Innovation & Marketing Services and the overall Marketing Services team with the promotion of IC Group LP and IC Specialty Brokers products and services.
