Insurance Administration/ Inside Sales - Winnipeg, MB

The main focus of this position is to oversee the administration of our online rating site and place calls to potential new customers in order to identify insurance opportunities. In addition, the successful candidate will train broker clients on IC’s insurance products, conduct market research and develop marketing materials in conjunction with our marketing department.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the insurance industry
• 1+ years sales and cold calling experience
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent skills in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs
• Completion of a level 2 brokers license would be an asset
