Storck -“CaramelFest Sweepstakes”

Situation: For more than 100 years, Storck has been producing quality candy that “makes people’s lives a little sweeter.” To sweeten up their marketing mix, they integrated an online instant win and sweepstakes promotion that aimed to incite both consumers and retailers to choose Storck brands over competitive brands. The promotion also supported media and trade promotion during the popular fall caramel season.

How it worked:

  • To enter the sweepstakes, participants enter a UPC code from participating product packages at the CaramelFest website. The sweepstakes Grand Prize is a 7 day/ 6 night trip for two to Europe.
  • With each sweepstakes entry participants can win an instant prize, ranging from travel bags to free Storck product.
