Sales Incentive

Situation: This worldwide leader in mobile computing took a leading role in getting sales channels to exceed quota of Treo smartphones with a motivating dealer incentive program.

How it worked:

• Sales representatives of authorized palmOne resellers were eligible to receive $20 or $40 incentives for selling 5 participating model Treo’s.
• Up to $200 in American Express Gift Certificates were awarded to the first 100 sales representatives who sold and activated 5 Treo's during the program period.

iC Group handled the administration including database development, fulfillment of gift certificates and toll free/email dealer support services.
