Situation: When 24-Hour Fitness wanted to create a little excitement among their membership, they set the stakes high with a leveraged sweepstakes contest that offered the chance to win a prizes up to $1,000,000 – the largest cash give-away ever for this health and fitness leader.

How it worked:

• Members received sweeps entries for upgrading and adding memberships, purchasing new packages or bringing in friends.
• Regional draws were conducted at 24 Hour Fitness locations.
• Five regional winners were then randomly selected and flown to Los Angeles to participate in the Divisional Grand Prize drawings.

iC Group handled the sweepstakes draws, fulfillment administration, and the prize insurance that covered the $250,000 win, of course.
